Housed in a building listed as part of the city’s heritage, the brasserie offers authentic cuisine focused on flavour, quality ingredients, and the simple pleasure of sharing a meal.
Leading the kitchen, Chef Mathieu Morvan brings his background and high standards to a cuisine that is both honest and approachable. Trained in Paris in two- and three-Michelin-star establishments before continuing his career in Luxembourg, notably as head chef at L’Hêtre beim Musée, he now brings a precise and generous approach to Brasserie Mansfeld.
Alongside him, Cyrille Schneider ensures the spirit of the house and the overall guest experience. Together with their team, they work with excellent products, reinterpreting family recipes and revisiting those Proustian madeleines that awaken memories. Designed around the seasons, the menu highlights carefully selected fish, poultry and meats, indulgent desserts, and a thoughtfully curated wine selection.
