Luci keeps you connected – even in times of crisis

Staying in contact with customers: Luci makes it possible

It is especially in difficult times that people welcome inspiring stories. Beautiful moments, exciting places, moving encounters – Luci travel magazine offers all this and much more. The award-winning magazine can be used by any tourism partner for communication purposes and connecting with customers.

The perfect way to showcase Luxembourg as an attractive travel destination and make it unforgettable for visitors? Look no further than Luci – even in times where dreaming is trending more than travelling. Even during 2020, talented writers and photographers were on adventures criss-crossing Luxembourg for Luci. They met versatile architects, fearsome gourmets, wild winemakers and other exceptional personalities. They enjoyed the beauty of nature to the fullest, simply let themselves drift around the country and so filled Luci with life and Luxembourg's most beautiful sights!

“In this second edition we reveal the inner beauty and charisma of the places where we live, and how they can inspire our own experiences, encounters and discoveries. We‘re not only targeting travellers from abroad, but also residents looking for inspiration, for whom the stories in the first magazine already sparked a lot of interest. Luci has already won the Red Dot Design Award, the International Creative Media Award, the German Design Award and the C2A Creative Communication Award.

Topics presented in a new style

François Valentiny explains that there is a little Schengen spirit in every Luxembourger. Arnaud De Meyer and Nico Steinmetz take readers on a tour of the capital – through “their” global village, while bistro owner Romaine Zieser shows how much passion and music there is in Luxembourg’s smallest village.

This edition of Luci presents new wines on the Palmberg, calm kayak laps on the Upper Sûre reservoir, awesome skateboard tricks in the Grund, cheerful bike tours across country with the Velosvedettes, dynamic urban art with Sumo, the poetic artworks of Jean-Marie Biwer, the wild ravine forest of the Manternacher Fiels, as well as the great freedom of camping in Luxembourg’s “Amazon”.

Dream journeys with Luci magazine

“Luci opens up new perspectives on our destination and stands for optimism and positive energy in these difficult times,” explains Dr Sebastian Reddeker, CEO of LFT, adding: “The magazine gives new impetus to our tourism communication and with the second edition will establish itself as the flagship product of the Visit Luxembourg brand.”

Luci invites you on dream journeys, to read about places that are enchanting, exciting and peaceful. The magazine is published by Luxembourg for Tourism, Luxembourg’s destination management organisation, in German, English, French and Luxembourgish. Circulation of the second issue: 70,000 copies.
