Granting of rights The user grants the provider, Luxembourg for Tourism (LFT), the simple, perpetual, transferable and sub-licensable right to freely modify, edit and use the content he/she uploads to the Content & Service Platform. This includes, in particular, the right to publish the content in commercial and non-commercial media, including, but not limited to, online publications, websites and other publications. The user has no entitlement to be named.
Legal compliance of the content The user guarantees that he/she is entitled to grant the provider the aforementioned rights to the content he/she uploads. In particular, the user assures that he/she possesses all necessary rights, especially the copyright usage rights, to upload the content to the Content & Service Platform. The user hereby undertakes to inform the provider immediately if there are any legal issues or claims from third parties regarding the uploaded content. The provider reserves the right to review, edit or delete the uploaded content at any time and without prior notice if it violates the terms of use or raises legal concerns.
Guarantee regarding image material The user guarantees that the images he/she uploads are free from third-party rights and are properly accompanied by the necessary licenses and copyright information. Furthermore, the uploaded images must not exceed a file size of 5 MB and must have a minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (HD). Logos are not considered as images, and photo collages are not permitted.
Prohibition of using AI-generated content The user undertakes not to upload any AI-generated texts, images or other content to the Content & Service Platform in order to guarantee the authenticity and quality of the information.
Disclaimer of liability The provider assumes no liability for the content uploaded by the user, particularly with regard to its accuracy, legality or freedom from third-party rights. The user indemnifies the provider against all third-party claims that may arise from the uploading of content to the Content & Service Platform. Furthermore, the provider assumes no liability for any damages resulting from the use of the platform, including technical errors, data loss or interruptions in the availability of the platform.
Termination of the user relationship The provider may terminate the user relationship with the user at any time without providing reasons or may block access to the platform. In such cases, the provider reserves the right to continue using the content already uploaded, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Modifications to the terms of use The provider reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. The user is required to remain abreast of any modifications on a regular basis. By continuing to use the platform, the user expresses his/her agreement with the modified terms of use.
